It was a pleasure to walk into a dealership and be greeted with a smile and a genuine desire to help find the right truck for me. Not being sure what I wanted in a truck, Roger my sales guy, went to w greeted with a smile and a genuine desire to help find the right truck for me. Not being sure what I wanted in a truck, Roger my sales guy, went to work explaining the different features of the different models of trucks on the lot. I ended up custom-ordering a Big Horn quad cab. The order process was nearly effortless and after all of the options had been explained, I knew I had ordered the right truck for me. The negotiations were quick and I got the price I had intended to get for my 2019 Classic tradesman crew cab. There was a bit of wait time for my custom order but that was to be expected considering the circumstances. I was kept up to date on my trucks progress and couldn't have been happier when it arrived. The features of the truck were explained for the most part and rest I discovered on my own. Can't say enough good things about Landers-Mclarty , heads above the rest, for sure. More

We were very well taken care with the sales management team at the Lander jeep dealership after the fact that our vehicle was stuck in the shop due to we had exhausted it's 21000 dollar warranty in repair team at the Lander jeep dealership after the fact that our vehicle was stuck in the shop due to we had exhausted it's 21000 dollar warranty in repair clams and we were now stuck with a 2400 repair bill. It was an extremely stressful situation but after a week and Half, Mr Frank Williams Operating Partner came up with a deal on a new vehicle. After some back and forth negotiations we finally able to resolve the situation. Upon the delivery of the vehicle to my house Joe Ashburn the New Car Sales Manager saved me from a most dangerous situation. Joes quick actions pulled me out of a predicament. Also a big thanks to Roger Gibson Certified Sales Consultant who did a great job informing me about the car and it's options along with doing a great job supporting us through the sale. He gave advice and I felt very confident in his services. Last but but not least my wife and I want to give a big thanks to Frank Williams Operating Partner who helped us with the our vehicle situation.
