Very disappointed by the service department not giving me any updates on my car for several hours. Had to come and pick up the car without no calls. Lack of workers is not an excuse to not inform the custome any updates on my car for several hours. Had to come and pick up the car without no calls. Lack of workers is not an excuse to not inform the customer of what is going on. They said they replaced the fuse and they didn’t because the issue continues. Very unreliable place to bring the vehicle for service. Had 2 issue with this place already and will not be bring the vehicle here any longer. More

I had a great, supportive experience at Naples Mazda. Roger Hess, Service Advisor, and his team, took my concern about my failing Air Conditioning system and worked with me and Mazda to ensure it was cov Roger Hess, Service Advisor, and his team, took my concern about my failing Air Conditioning system and worked with me and Mazda to ensure it was covered as a warranty repair. It was an all day repair and Roger kept me up to date. The team there even arranged a loaner car on short notice the same day so I wouldn’t miss a Doctor’s appointment while the car was being repaired. I can’t say enough how much Roger and the service team at Naples Mazda made me feel like a valued Mazda owner. I will go back there without hesitation for service on my Mazda. More

Great place to get your Mazda serviced.
