Very disappointed by the service department not giving me any updates on my car for several hours. Had to come and pick up the car without no calls. It was an all day repair and Roger kept me up to date. The team there even arranged a loaner car on short notice the same day so I wouldn’t miss a Doctor’s appointment while the car was being repaired. I can’t say enough how much Roger and the service team at Naples Mazda made me feel like a valued Mazda owner. I will go back there without hesitation for service on my Mazda. More
