Roger Lyons showed me the car My last 6 cars (and/or trucks) have been bought from Mike Castrucci Alexandria and once again another great experience. Roger Lyons showed me the car i saw online and answered all my questions about the one on the lot... after he sent me on my test drive he again asked if i had any additional questions and again ansewered honestly and with bias. needless to say i left with the car that i was looking at and thanks to Roger and the staff for friendly service. And i left knowing i got a good deal. I've never felt pressured nor have i ever felt cheated with any of my vehicle purchases from here... Thanks guys! More

He h Roger was a wonderful salesman. He was very understanding as to what I was looking for and willing to work with me on the trade in and paperwork. He helped me through the entire process and even stood outside in the cold weather to talk with me as I waited for the car to be finished detailing and filled up with gas. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a used car! More

Was asked if I wanted to take the vehicle I eventually purchased out on the road. After being plated and DL copied, I was allowed to test drive their vehicle alone, no pressure, take your time. Made an offer that after a little discussion was agreed upon and I drove the F150 home. Was absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. More
