Overall, I had a very good experience. I called Roger Lyons on a Tuesday about a used Lincoln MKZ that I saw on the dealer website. I stopped by the dealership the next day and Roger had t I called Roger Lyons on a Tuesday about a used Lincoln MKZ that I saw on the dealer website. I stopped by the dealership the next day and Roger had the car ready for me to test drive. About an 1 1/2 hours later the deal was done. Everthing went smoothly.
