Roger puts his customers first When our family was going from just the two of us to a party of FIVE we needed a new family truckster. We decided a Ford Flex was the way to go, but When our family was going from just the two of us to a party of FIVE we needed a new family truckster. We decided a Ford Flex was the way to go, but didn't know where to get it. Castrucci had the one my wife wanted used with Ford certified guarantee. Roger answered my email quickly and stayed in contact on my terms when I needed. He fought for every penny off I could get and was direct and honest every step of the way. I heard the used car manager threaten to not even give me that deal, but Roger stuck up for me. We got a fair price that we were good with. It was after that that Roger really came through for us. I surprised my wife with it at her work when I noticed a sizable scratch that was not there upon first look. She was too excited to get her new Flex to care at that moment. I called Roger's cell phone, .expecting a battle or apathy since they got the sale and I couldn't truly prove I didn't just damage it on my own. Well, he got an appointment to fix it promptly. The service department gave me a loaner and I felt important with their treatment. There's a little more. Hang on. Days after getting it back I noticed it was not fixed properly at all. I really expected a battle at this point to fix it, but Roger again fought to make things right again, and Did. Long after earning his commision he continued to earn it. I'll just say I'm glad he was the one that answered my email. I would not want to put up with the used sales manager without him. My wife absolutely loves her car still, and it is awesome with 3 kids and all the cargo. More

Roger Lyons showed me the car i saw online and answered all my questions about the one on the lot... after he sent me on my test drive he again asked if i had any additional questions and again ansewered honestly and with bias. needless to say i left with the car that i was looking at and thanks to Roger and the staff for friendly service. And i left knowing i got a good deal. I've never felt pressured nor have i ever felt cheated with any of my vehicle purchases from here... Thanks guys! More

Excellent customer service, very friendly Roger was a wonderful salesman. He was very understanding as to what I was looking for and willing to work with me on the trade in and paperwork. Went to look, left with a Certified Preowned F150 Was really a very nice auto buying experience. Originally visited Castrucci Ford to look. Was asked if I wanted to take the vehicle I eventually purch Was really a very nice auto buying experience. Originally visited Castrucci Ford to look. Was asked if I wanted to take the vehicle I eventually purchased out on the road. After being plated and DL copied, I was allowed to test drive their vehicle alone, no pressure, take your time. Made an offer that after a little discussion was agreed upon and I drove the F150 home. Was absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. More
