Mitchell was extremely nice and very thorough with all of the documents in the purchase of our new vehicle. One of your employees even went and got us a soda and brought to us while we waited. The entire deal was a pleasant experience. We have informed others that we know is planning to purchase a vehicle already of the experience we had and encouraged them to come to Star. Very reasonable prices for some great vehicles! I would highly recommend this dealership-it’s a bit out of the way but worth it. The salespeople are kind, informative, professional, and low pressure. Their paperwork fees are the lowest I’ve ever seen-saved me around $500 on that part alone. Prices were very competitive/low and they have a great selection of used vehicles. Let me test drive as many cars as I wanted without making me feel bad-I wanted to try many different cars and they were fine with it. Once I made my choice, they completed the deal very quickly and I was able to get on my way home. Even threw in a jack and new spare tire that the vehicle I chose doesn’t come with. They were very happy to let me use their internet to comparison shop while I was at the dealership so that I could see that I was getting the right price. Open, honest, and did not act like the typical high pressure used car salesmen that one often finds at other dealerships. Gave me an absolutely free extended warranty for up to 250K miles. Didn’t pressure me to finance through them as I already had my financing in place from my credit union. Salesman was honest about pros and cons of each car and didn’t pressure me towards the more expensive ones. In fact, I bought one of the cheapest cars on their lot and they were great about it. Treated me very respectfully which was appreciated-since I am a woman and some dealerships were condescending or exploitive or inappropriate but not this one. I highly recommend this dealership for a fair, polite, relaxed, professional, and respectful transaction. Bonus: their website was up to date so I was able to test drive every car that I’d seen advertised. More
