After the sale, Roger handed me off to Mike in the finance department. Mike was also great! He was very knowledgeable about the financing process and gave me some great advice. You could tell that he really cares about prioritizing the customer and making everything very clear. I trust both Roger and Mike, and hope to work with them again the next time I shop at Toyota!
