I purchased a used Chevy 3500 diesel dually sight unseen. I live near Rochester, NY and was not able to see and drive the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Needless to say, there was a lot of trust involved between the both of us. I asked Roger Nicklaus many questions, to send additional photos, as well as asking him to do my test drive for me. Again a lot of trust was needed on both parts. I absolutely love the truck ! I was very impressed with Roger's level of attentiveness and honestly related to the vehicle. I have been driving the truck for 3 weeks now and have been pleased with every aspect of the purchase, transaction, and care that both Roger and the dealership, Bill Kay Chevrolet, afforded me. Salesman Roger was great to deal with. I found the vehicle on Cargurus and had a pre-approved certificate with the interest rate. After looking at the car, discussing down payment etc they I found the vehicle on Cargurus and had a pre-approved certificate with the interest rate. After looking at the car, discussing down payment etc they were starting the paper signing without talking payment, interest rate etc. I stopped them and inquired about it to be told a higher amount, of course I said "No" , the salesmanager offered me another rate again higher than my approval certificate, only after I demanded my down-payment back and was going to leave without purchasing, was my interest rate offered lower than my approval certificate. I feel I was at the dealership way longer than I should have been. More

I bought a car here so I used them for service. Big mistake. Sloppy paper work. Failure to confirm if repairs were performed actually worked.
