Roger in sales is amazing. Ask for him. I hate buying cars. Subaru made me okay with it. Roger in sales helped me out from the beginning. I ordered a car that took a while to get there, but Roger stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop. When it came time to buy, he was great to work with. Chris in finance was great as well - he really fought to get me the best interest rate. Called a bunch of places for me and didn't pressure me when we were signing the paperwork. Overall a very good dealership with a lot to work with. My only complaint was that the parts & accessories dept was closed when we finished signing the papers so I had to wait until the next day to get my seat back covers. More

I bought a used vehicle They didn't tell me I couldn't take the car the same day I bought it. They knew I was going to be coming from Logan. He didn't really let me ask questions and he addressed my ex husband, and not me. Then they said it would take 7-10 days from when they got car until they get the title etc for it. Well apparently the payments weren't made so they have to wait even longer. I bought the car with cash last Saturday and I won't be able to get it until at least the 14th, but I'm sure it will be even longer. They are not honest or transparent like they claim they are. Don't even bother asking to come down in price. They just want the money and don't care about any questions or concerns you have. Or if you even get the car you just bought. They have the win win. They got my money and kept the car. At least they said they will drive it up to me from Sandy to Logan when it's finally ready. If that day every comes. I don't trust them now. I bought my car that I have before this one for 15 years and I bought it in Idaho. Things are very different now. Much better experience somewhere else long ago. I won't buy or be going back to them again. More

Very Professional and No Pressure I have a very hectic work schedule and had a million questions. These guys always got back to me with the answers but never blew up my phone with pus I have a very hectic work schedule and had a million questions. These guys always got back to me with the answers but never blew up my phone with pushy sales calls. After test driving four brands, Mark Miller was the dealership that did not start calling me every day and leaving multiple voicemails every day to come in and buy. On the other hand they were very accommodating and returned phone calls when I did leave a voicemail with questions. One thing I particularly appreciated was that they gave me rough numbers on paper to work with. And when I closed, there were no surprises or extra fees. The figures were not the contract, but it was nice to know what I was going into before I arrived to sign with the closer/finance person. (who was also very professional.) I have never had one of those "horror story" car buying experiences. But I surely have never had a better one than the one I just had here. More

I'll be back! After looking at Subaru's for the first time ever at the Auto Expo and then going for a test drive the next day at a dealership I fell in love! I did a lot of research on different cars in person, on test drives and online including the Edmund's app which is how I found my car. The perfect specd car brought me to Mark Miller but Matt, Roger and Kurt in the Internet department and the rest of this awesome dealership are why I'll return again and again!!!! LOVE MY WRX!!! More
