Roger & Paul are by far the most professional persons I ever had the pleasure of working with in any service department and considering I have been in the transportation field for many years that is truly ever had the pleasure of working with in any service department and considering I have been in the transportation field for many years that is truly saying something, I had received a less than flattering diagnosis for my 2008 Honda Odyssey and I wanted a second opinion. I had spent weeks looking at and buying parts, buying manuals, watching videos, all to prepare myself to take the task on myself since I am a new small business owner and needed to watch my bottom line. Roger took the list from the previous evaluator and within 15 minutes took me back to meet Paul and to go over what he found, what he agreed with, what he didn't, and more importantly, what a 20 plus years of experience professional recommended. I explained my situation, what parts I had obtained, and Roger gave me his initial estimate and I was set to come back the next day. Still wanting to ensure I received the best value; I called several other shops to compare costs. A few I had to tell, congratulations, and when they asked why, I replied "you've managed to beat Honda". To which at least one replied "yeah we're pretty competitive" so I had to explain what I meant. "No, no, sir, you're misunderstanding, you've managed to go well over what the actual dealer quoted me." Information in hand, Roger took it all into account, and met me in the middle and gave me an even better price. THAT is going above and beyond. His no nonsense, and to the point explanations were exactly what I needed to hear. It spoke of his integrity and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Paul, seriously, whatever you're paying this guy you need to double it. I have never worked with someone more efficient and so well educated in his area of expertise. He shares that knowledge with his coworkers, and you can see they look up to him. If he's not the foreman, it better be because he said no, because that guy is on top of his game. I don't want anyone else to work on my vehicles now, unless he's supervising the job. You have made a veteran, new small business owner, a customer for life. I cannot thank you Roger & Paul enough.
