I gave them a deposit to hold the car while we met with our finance person. After meeting with our finance person I went back to the dealership and informed Bruce that I would not be purchasing the vehicle. Bruce was the perfect gentlemen. He immediately refunded our hold deposit and thanked us very much for considering Ford of Londonderry. We had previously leased a car from Ford of Londonderry and always received professional service from the sales and service staff. When we look at purchasing a new vehicle, I am usually filled with dread of what the experience ahead will bring. However, this was the best purchase experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. The dealership had the vehicle we wanted, Ford Explorer Sport, in my desired color. The vehicle was priced fairly without extensive negotiations and we received a fair price on our trade in. The employees were friendly, prepared and accommodating to our requests. This deal was completed in a short time with no stress or pushiness or upselling. The deal was initiated via internet sales, Terry, and followed through with Mitch and Roger in sales. All of these employees treated us with respect and courtesy and would make any sales force proud to have them. Thank you for a nice experience. More

Chuck was also fun to deal with and didn't push at all on purchasing extra's. I have to say this was one of the best buying experience I've had in a long time. I've owned several brands of pickup trucks and this was the first time I was actually able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with at a Ford dealership. More
