Great Vehicle Purchase Experience This is our second purchase at Ford of Londonderry. We visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing another Ford Escape in Metallic Blue. This is our second purchase at Ford of Londonderry. We visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing another Ford Escape in Metallic Blue. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the one we were looking for on the lot. Our sales associate, Mitchell McCarthy, was very helpful in trying to meet our needs and wants. While he was trying to locate ‘the one’ at a sister dealership, we stumbled upon a Ford EcoSport in the showroom. We loved the size, style and features and decided to take a test drive. Loved it!! They didn’t have the model we liked so Mitch again went back to the drawing board. He was successful in his search and the next day we drove off in a new 2018 Ruby Red EcoSport. I can’t say enough about the entire team we worked with at Ford of Londonderry. A shout out to Bob (the closer). Thank You All!! More

I gave them a deposit to hold the car while we met with our finance person. After meeting with our finance person I went back to the dealership and informed Bruce that I would not be purchasing the vehicle. Bruce was the perfect gentlemen. He immediately refunded our hold deposit and thanked us very much for considering Ford of Londonderry.
