Mitch McCarthy, in Sales, was very attentive and has a real nice way about him. The dealership is clean and bright, very bright. Late in the afternoon the sun comes in the front windows and it makes it uncomfortable while discussing “the deal”. Senior management should really consider darkening the windows or use shades. If you’re concerned about looking closed with the shades down, I wouldn’t be. You have your hours posted on your website and if someone is that worried about it they can call. I was moved 3 different times to get out of the sun. Mitch offered to move us. We didn’t have to ask him to do it. The pricing with discounts was good as well as the trade $$$ we received. All in all a great experience. Our thanks to a great team!! More

He referred me to John Kowack and through a pleasant but thorough process we managed to find the car that I was looking for. Great Vehicle Purchase Experience This is our second purchase at Ford of Londonderry. We visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing another Ford Escape in Metallic Blue. This is our second purchase at Ford of Londonderry. We visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing another Ford Escape in Metallic Blue. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the one we were looking for on the lot. Our sales associate, Mitchell McCarthy, was very helpful in trying to meet our needs and wants. While he was trying to locate ‘the one’ at a sister dealership, we stumbled upon a Ford EcoSport in the showroom. We loved the size, style and features and decided to take a test drive. Loved it!! They didn’t have the model we liked so Mitch again went back to the drawing board. He was successful in his search and the next day we drove off in a new 2018 Ruby Red EcoSport. I can’t say enough about the entire team we worked with at Ford of Londonderry. A shout out to Bob (the closer). Thank You All!! More
