Going the extra mile We knew the vehicle we wanted and my husband called to see if there was a metallic 2016 Expedition in stock. There was not but Roger located one and We knew the vehicle we wanted and my husband called to see if there was a metallic 2016 Expedition in stock. There was not but Roger located one and had it brought up from MA and by that same afternoon we took it for a test drive and that sealed the deal. It spoke volumes that Roger didn't hesitate to make things happen right away. Very helpful and accommodating. The next morning we were back to finish the deal and Chuck was so helpful. Everything was professional and super efficient. Bob took it from there and patiently and thoroughly explained the vehicle and all the technology, and answered all our questions. The whole car buying experience was unlike any I've ever experienced. Positive in all aspects and very satisfied. Thank you Londonderry Ford! More

Our third purchase from F.O.L. A used F-350, a used Ford Edge, and finally a new 2015 Expedition; all with salesman Bruce Boutin. Pretty obvious that we are happy dealing with F.O.L A used F-350, a used Ford Edge, and finally a new 2015 Expedition; all with salesman Bruce Boutin. Pretty obvious that we are happy dealing with F.O.L. The "one owner" Edge was a problem child within 24 hours, but Dave Farrand stepped up to the plate and provided costly repairs of three different issues at no charge to us. Customer service like that was not only unexpected but just does not happen at most other dealers. Bruce's goal is for you to leave with a full understanding of all the vehicle features and knowing that he will be there to help with any questions after the sale. Ask for Bruce. Period. Afterwards you will discover that the service dept. is exceptional in every way. More

I felt completely comfortable with Bob and was able to be relaxed and have a good time throughout the entire purchasing process. Bob was determined to get me into a safe, affordable vehicle and he was able to help me make it happen and he even helped me sync my phone to the bluetooth system. I can't go without mentioning Roger and Chuck's help as well!! Professional Group! I was impressed with the professionalism from the group that I just worked with to purchase my 2015 F150. Chris in Internet sales efficiently confirm I was impressed with the professionalism from the group that I just worked with to purchase my 2015 F150. Chris in Internet sales efficiently confirmed they had the truck, quoted me a price, and set up the test drive. He handed me over to salesman Bob Morisette, who was polite and respectful, even when I pushed to get the deal I was looking for. Bob was thorough in explaining everything to me and understood when I was looking to get going and sped things up to make it happen. Roger the sales manager was patient and worked hard to get my trade to work. He even got the owner of the Company to get second look. Chuck was easy to deal with in finance and there was no pressure at all. I have no prior experience with Londonderry Ford, nor do I know anyone who has. They have a great web site, selection of vehicles and atmosphere. I would highly recommend them based on my recent experience because I felt comfortable the entire time.
