My experience with dealing with Londonderry Ford began with my contact with Jeff Brunini on the internet. He emailed me and inquired what vehicle I was interested in. He set up a date and time with the with my contact with Jeff Brunini on the internet. He emailed me and inquired what vehicle I was interested in. He set up a date and time with the sales manager, Roger Tallini. Upon our arrival we met Roger and was introduced to Larry Rose a salesman. We drove 2 vehicles, both Ford Fusions. We were interested in a 4 cylinder and Roger was able to locate a Ford Fushion SEL with the features that we wanted. When the vehicle was located Roger and I negotiated a price. I was able to take advantage of the Ford rebates, which helped negotiate the deal. Larry Rose was very knowledgeable and friendly when we picked up our new car. He went over the books and explained the features of the vehicle including Syn features. Roger, Larry and Jeff stated that they were available at anytime for any questions that I have concerning the operation of the features on the vehicle. We appreciate the time and effort that went into this buying experience. We look forward to visiting Londonderry Ford to maintain our new vehicle. More

Very positive experience with Ford of londonderry. This is the 3rd Ford truck I have purchased in the area, but the first purchased from Ford of Londonderry. This was by far the best experience ive had in is the 3rd Ford truck I have purchased in the area, but the first purchased from Ford of Londonderry. This was by far the best experience ive had in purchasing a new vehicle. Jim did a great job helping me though the buying process, all the trucks I wanted to look at, he went and got without any hesitationa and we test drove them. Roger was also very pleasent to work with and a respectful negotiater when it came time to work out a price. Chuck was excellant at working through the financial aspect and paperwork. What normally takes 30mim -1hr went by in a matter of 5min. Overall I was very impressed with this dealership and its staff. I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend it to a friend/family memebr and look forward to doing buisness here again. More

Good follow up without being pushy. Friendly dealership on phone and in person. Very accomodating. They dealt with financing, taxes, plates and insurance without me being there and delivered car to me in M on phone and in person. Very accomodating. I was first contacted my the dealer via email.I sent in my inquiry and 10 minutes later crystal had responded to my email. She had went over a few vehicles with me then we finally found the right vehicle. my inquiry and 10 minutes later crystal had responded to my email. Matt greeted me and introduced me to crystal. They offered me the most comptetive pricing which enticed me to purchase. I took delivery of the vehicle the same day. Thank you for all your help! More
