I needed to purchase a car quickly. After my sister had a great experience with Bruce, I decided to give them a try. Bruce stayed late to wait for me on a Wednesday night. I told him my budgeted monthly payment and he was able to show me the vehicles that would fit my financial guidelines. There was no pressure or up sell. Bruce was informed about the vehicles, the different options. He took time to get an idea of my lifestyle to be sure the vehicle was a good fit. After my selection, Bruce and Roger worked together on the financing to get my monthly payment right where I needed it to be. Chuck continued to work on my financing on Thursday. By Thursday afternoon my financing was set and I could pick up on Friday. My overall experience was great. I thought being in a pinch would make buying a car difficult but Bruce, Roger and Chuck made it a pleasurable experience. Linda More

Several years ago I walked into Ford of Londonderry after having several extremely poor experiences with other Ford dealerships in the area. Tom Doyle quickly greeted me and in less than an hour I had taken a brand new F150 for a test drive and agreed upon a price for both the new truck and my trade in. Everything went extremely smooth, and I never felt any pressure to buy the truck. I remember thinking that "this is how car buying should be". Two weeks ago I was back at Ford of Londonderry to purchase my third vehicle from them. Every time I have been there the service has been exactly the same- excellent. I've dealt with Tom for all three of my purchases and he has always shown the utmost professionalism and knowledge about the entire Ford line. In fact every single person who I have dealt with at the dealership in addition to Tom- Jeff, Roger and Chuck, have been great. Recently Traded in a Pontiac GTO and bought a 2012 taurus SHO and was very impressed with the customer service I recieved at ford of londonderry, Tom and Roger made my purchase offer come true. They worked very hard to get me the car i wanted with the payments I wanted and that wasn't easy as I was pretty specific on what I wanted, and Chuck also worked hard at keeping me Happy with the final transaction and signing. After the sales Tom did a great job delivering my vehicle to me explaining most of the sync features, and features and options with the car. I was searching for a hard to find vehicle and my company was doing the final purchase. There were obstacles that needed to be addressed and both Bob and Roger went out of their way to overcome them. I have been buying Fords from this dealership for many years. The car I just purchased is the first since the dealership has changed ownership. The price was competive and the usually painful experience of the paper work was made very very simple. The features on this car are numerous and the explanation and attentiveness to detail was very meticulous and any and all questions were answered to our complete satisfaction. I attempted to find this vehicle at just about every dealer in the state of N.H. There just was not any available and RogerTalini told me that He would find one and he did so. the others tried to sell us what they had in stock and the color and options were just not right. I was alsotold that I could order it and it would take 10 to 12 weeksto get.I am also in the market for a new ford pickup in the near future and you can be rest assured Ford ofLondonderry will be my first and hopefully last stop. My experience with dealing with Londonderry Ford began with my contact with Jeff Brunini on the internet. He emailed me and inquired what vehicle I was interested in. He set up a date and time with the sales manager, Roger Tallini. Upon our arrival we met Roger and was introduced to Larry Rose a salesman. We drove 2 vehicles, both Ford Fusions. We were interested in a 4 cylinder and Roger was able to locate a Ford Fushion SEL with the features that we wanted. When the vehicle was located Roger and I negotiated a price. I was able to take advantage of the Ford rebates, which helped negotiate the deal. Larry Rose was very knowledgeable and friendly when we picked up our new car. He went over the books and explained the features of the vehicle including Syn features. Roger, Larry and Jeff stated that they were available at anytime for any questions that I have concerning the operation of the features on the vehicle. We appreciate the time and effort that went into this buying experience. We look forward to visiting Londonderry Ford to maintain our new vehicle. More
