Took my car in for a comprehensive check up. Had to bring my car back 3 weeks later after it started making a roaring noise. My bearings were shot. My car report suddenly showed more things yellow and red as opposed to the green they were weeks before. I feel as though my car was not properly checked and had to repeat doing an alignment. They gave me a small discount but considering the cost of bringing my car in back to back, it didn’t really help. As a woman, I always feel taken advantage of at car shops and this felt worse than usual. I know dealerships are expensive but I expect the work to be thorough for the price. More
