I recently brought my F-150 in for "The Works" service to include an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The oil change was completed but the tech could not locate the wheel lock so they c include an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The oil change was completed but the tech could not locate the wheel lock so they closed the ticket without the tire rotation or brake inspection. I contacted my service advisor, Roland Hayes, and explained the issue. He immediately said that I would not need to come back in for the remaining service he would have the Mobile service van with Zeke come out. They came out the same day I contacted them. Kudo to Roland and the service team. We have found our go to Ford Dealership. Thanks for valuing your customers. I will recommend the dealership to all my friends. More

Worked with Roland on a warranty issue on 4/21/2021, as of this date 4/26/2022 still has not ordered the warranty part nor has he ever called my back from voice messages left on his phone. I had my Mercury Grand Marquis in the service department for an oil change a few weeks ago. Mr. Hayes informed me about a nail in the side-wall of my tire, he ordered me a new tire and got it on my car ASAP for an oil change a few weeks ago. I brought my treasured 2017 F-250 King Ranch Super Duty in for service to be under the leadership of Michael Stoijadinov the service manager I have known Michael for over 10 years and know he recently tra in for service to be under the leadership of Michael Stoijadinov the service manager I have known Michael for over 10 years and know he recently transferred to Waterford. I had a sensitive repair that needed to be handled correctly and I knew I could trust Michael so I drove considerably further to have the Truck serviced with him. Once again he exceeded my expectations. I dropped the Truck off Sunday night and by 1:00 the next Monday it was all repaired at what I considered a fair price.
