Professional and Courteous I was very satisfied with the whole purchase process of my car about a year and a half ago. I do not live close to the dealership though which prevent I was very satisfied with the whole purchase process of my car about a year and a half ago. I do not live close to the dealership though which prevents me from using there service department but I recently needed to go in for a minor recall from the manufacturer and I was extremely satisfied with the service department and they also have a very comfortable waiting area large multi room with complementary coffee tea water & snacks very nice. More

Shouldn't call it service I brought my jeep in for a recall and they among other things forced the steering wheel in and it was crooked. I brought it to Welsh dealership to have the recall and damage repaired they were nice enough to take pictures of all the damage that Nielsen service department caused- it ended up costing us $600.00 ! Several phone calls later and still no response from Nielsen.- More

Bill Daley is great. Second Grand Cherokee in a row I have dealt with Bill Daley for my last two Grand Cherokee leases and I find him very knowledgeable, ethical and reasonable. It is a pleasure dealing I have dealt with Bill Daley for my last two Grand Cherokee leases and I find him very knowledgeable, ethical and reasonable. It is a pleasure dealing with him. I found dealing with some other dealerships somewhat off-putting but dealing with Bill is a pleasure. I would and do recommend him to others.For my second lease, I went to him first and did not even waste my time with other dealerships. In the service department, I have dealt with Roland Maecha throughout my first lease and he is great. He is very helpful and tries to get your car serviced in a timely manner so you get in and out as soon as possible. David G. More

My 2nd Cherokee This is my 2nd time in 3 years purchasing a Cherokee from this dealership. My first Cherokee's lease had come up so I made a service appointment and sales appointment to explore my lease-end options. Everyone at this dealership truly listens and goes that extra mile. Service on my last Cherokee was always a pleasurable experience and expect it to continue to be with the new one. Both buying experiences were great. They really go that extra mile to get you in a vehicle you are comfortable with while keeping in mind your budget. It is really a zero pressure experience. I will continue to go to Nielsen for all my Chrysler/Jeep needs. More

Great client service for good and bad times After contacting many dealerships I can surely have capacity to provide a fair review of the services provided by this dealership. Let me start with t After contacting many dealerships I can surely have capacity to provide a fair review of the services provided by this dealership. Let me start with the contact, I spoke with Al, very profession and sincerely keen to have me as a client, I felt that I was cared for at this first instance. In less than 30 minutes he managed to get a deal that I was looking for. On the same day they arranged for someone to pick me up and take me to the dealership to see the car and discuss the details. This person was Joe, great guy also keen to make sure everything is taken care of, mostly important he made the whole process to feel painless and quick. For documentation I spoke with Tom (pls don't be scared of the number of people I dealt with, trust me they are very well coordinated and things do progress quickly!), true gentlemen and gave me the details to finalize the deal. Managed to lease the car in less than 3 hours. Took the car home and noticed that there was something wrong with it... a brand new car... well it can happen and here comes the truth on how this dealership helps and support their clients. Joe introduce me to Roland on the servicing dept, he was very diligent and keen to help to find a way to sort out the issue with the car, unfortunately it was more complicated than we imagined. Roland wasted not time in making sure that I could have another car until they did further investigation. I was getting concerned but they were doing their best to support. Even the Sales Manager - Rick got involved to assist with the resolution. They all work as a team to get the issue sorted, therefore here is my thanks to Joe, Al, Tom, Roland and Rick. More
