She works so hard to ensure you have the car you want at a price point that's within your budget. She is prompt and responsive to texts and phone calls and takes great care of you while you are at the dealership. I really didn't think I was going to be able to get the car I wanted because of my budget, but Lexy worked hard on my behalf and I was able to get a great car! Terry in Finance was so considerate and caring, which made the paperwork part of the transaction a whole lot less annoying! :) Roland in service is one of Nielsen's best kept secrets. He takes customer service very seriously and there is nothing he won't do to ensure you have a pleasant experience and your service needs are met. I highly recommend Nielsen to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Keep up the good work guys! More

Exceptional customer service all around. NIelsen became my dealership of choice after I became dissatisfied with the dealership of my original sale. Roland Maecha in service was patient, atte NIelsen became my dealership of choice after I became dissatisfied with the dealership of my original sale. Roland Maecha in service was patient, attentive and professional each and every time I bought my 2015 Jeep in for service. This is a vehicle that I experienced transmission problems with as a drove it home brand new and was eventually involved in a national recall.Nielsen service and Roland were great and eventually resolved the problem. At the end of the lease for this vehicle, Joe Alfano went out of his way to accommodate me and facillitated the return of this vehicle at the end of the lease through Nielsen even though they were not the dealer or origin. I even got a ride home! Great dealership, because they know how to do customer service.I highly recommend it to anyone shopping for a Chrysler. More

The Servic I was able to schedule service for our 2014 Jeep Compass for the Friday after Thanksgiving. I had a MOPAR Extended Warranty on the vehicle. The Service Department determined that a part must be ordered for the repair and they would have to keep our SUV till Monday. I requested and had a rental ready, a 2013 Jeep Compass, for my wife when she dropped off our Jeep Friday morning. On Monday our vehicle was repaired as promised. The entire experience was seamless. So far our Jeep is running well again. THANKS Roland and Team for a customer-centered focus in all you do! More

The best in the area hands down, Roland has been providing us with great service. It was recently time for new cars and we worked with Tony to lease a Wrangler and Grand Cherokee. When I first came in for service, Roland stepped up, listened to what I had to say and took care of everything! That same quality of service has continued for over 4 years. I know when I call for an appointment it will be at my convenience, Roland will have checked my file and asked the appropriate questions so my service is complete, He is proactive in making sure everything is fine. I have never left thinking that all the work was not complete, or that the price I paid was unfair, Roland is a professional ! More
