Recently I had my Crosstrek in for it's 30,000 service interval. I needed a loaner vehicle. They put me in a 2021 Forester and my wife fell in love with it. It became obvious that it was time to consider a Forester. Rolando Mendez did a wonderful job of patiently pointing out all the features of the Forester and explained the various options available to me. Given my age, I was particularly impressed with all the safety features. There was never any sales pressure. Rolando's sales offer was quite reasonable and my trade-in allowance was also good, too.
