He was super knowledgeable, understood my needs and got me the price I was looking for. He prepped most of the paper work in advance, getting the details he needed from me with little time needed on my end. He coordinated with my insurance, arranged for out-of-state registration and I made an appointment to come in, meet him, finalize the paperwork and check out my new car. When I arrived, everything was in order and as we discussed--no surprises--he gave me a tour of the car and I was on my way; he even recommended a good lunch spot to hit on my way home!
