At this point, our Salesman Roman Zeltser knows just what we like or don’t need in a car & guides us accordingly. We have never been disappointed! We moved about 2 hours away a couple of months ago & just went back to lease our 2019 QX50. John Russo in the service department has always seen that we got a loaner car when we had our car serviced. John is very professional & knowledgeable. There are Many Infiniti dealerships closer to our new home but it is certainly worth the trip to go to Kings Infiniti. We know we get what they promise & treat us extremely well. I have had problems & questions while on the road & John has walked me through them or assured me that it was ok to drive with the icon on my dash. When I apologized for calling, he told me not to worry his Mom calls with questions all the time, John made me feel like family & my questions are not silly. Roman & John are the best!! More
