I call Ron Mechler and my car is serviced quickly with no BS, a loaner when I can't wait so I can still work for the day. Between the help getting the car and keeping it running in tip top shape, Kings takes the cake. Maybe it's my charm and respect I show that helps, but either way they know good customers when they see them. I now have 2 vehicles from them with little to no issues. Thanks guys. Great experience buying a new car. It was my first time buying a new car. The whole experience from the minute we walked into the dealership and were greeted by salesperson Roman It was my first time buying a new car. The whole experience from the minute we walked into the dealership and were greeted by salesperson Roman till the moment two weeks later when we drove away on a new Infiniti QX50 was a pleasant and very satisfying. Roman was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to answer all our questions, both technical regarding a car and about financing. He recommended the trim level that is best for us and did not try to offer any unneeded extras. After a first visit we exchanged several Emails and he replied almost immediately even well after working hours. We got the car we were looking for: the color and options and the price was exactly as was agreed upon, no extra / hidden charges. I like the car very much and if not Roman I would probably drive a different one. More
