After a very long wait for a Genesis that we ordered, we were finally contacted that it was in! We live almost 3 hours away, but we made arrangements to get up and bring it home. Unfortunately, the interior were finally contacted that it was in! We live almost 3 hours away, but we made arrangements to get up and bring it home. Unfortunately, the interior color wasn't what we had ordered, so we were unable to bring it home that day. Our sales person Maddie didn't give up though, she found another one that was coming in with a different interior, and she was able to show us that color in a different Genesis that was on the lot. We decided to switch our deposit to that Genesis, and we went home satisfied that Maddie and Luther was working their best for us after such a long wait. We were expecting to have to wait until the end of August, but we were pleasantly surprised to be informed that a car had become available, and we could change to that one. We went ahead and did that, and we picked it up yesterday! The process was organized and Maddie did a great job of explaining everything to us. We are extremely pleased with her customer service and her knowledge of the Genesis - we would definitely seek her out again! Once she had gone over everything with us, we worked with Romelo for the final paperwork. He was very efficient, and the process went smooth and quick (which we appreciated)! Overall our experience was fantastic! We look forward to enjoying our Genesis!! More
