Sales Manager lied to us, car wasn’t even ready - had to put gas in etc. Was told the day before they would just reverse it and then tell us that they have to mail us a check. Seriously? we live in Wisconsin and they do not have any idea how to handle that sale. Had a question and had to call five times over seven hours and demand they get someone on the phone before I got to talk to someone and didn’t get an answer anyway. We bought a $50k vehicle and had better service when we bought cheap used cars in the past! More

The fact that I waited more than 4 hours for my car to be detailed after the promised time, ruined the whole process. Whoever mages the detailers needs to better understand how to deploy resources to make th detailed after the promised time, ruined the whole process. I have bought three Acura's from McGrath since 1991 with the last one purchased in 2018. This last one was totaled in a car accident a few weeks ago, which bummed me out as I tend to hold my cars for a long the last one purchased in 2018. This last one was totaled in a car accident a few weeks ago, which bummed me out as I tend to hold my cars for a long time. The biggest reason I remain loyal to this Acura dealership is their service department. Led by Bob Sisk, their execution is consistently A-Player level. I like to hold on to my cars, so over time, they need to be serviced for 100,000 and 200,000 mile levels. Bottom line, they treat me like family and when I bring the car in, I simply ask them to recommend what they would do if their own kids/family were driving the car. As someone who doesn't know a lot about the mechanics of a car, it is huge peace of mind to be able to say that and know you will be taken care of. No question, Acura makes a terrific car, McGrath's service to me is their competitive advantage. More
