I had done plenty of online research and had my heart set on the beautiful TLX. Other cars were possible second and third choices. Because of my past positive experience with Mcgrath, their sales and service practices, I was a very satisfied customer. Over a year ago, I had been in touch with Noonya via e-mail. So when I walked into the dealership, I asked for her to see if we had something to talk about. Noonya was amazing! I got to have a test drive and learn about the new TLX. Boy have things changed in 20 years. The technology and style were way off the charts! The car handled beautifully. I felt very comfortable in it. Noonya was able to get me a fair value for my trade in and a very good rate for the monthly lease and purchase option. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much! You guys at McGrath rock!! Ronnie Ashkar was our salesman and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable with a great personality. I would definitely refer him to family, friends and Co-workers. The finance gentleman Rick was also a great guy the only issue I had was that I asked before starting the contract when would be my first car payment and he responded July 30th but at the end of our conversation/contract he asked me to make my first car payment on the same day.
