I would like to commend both Mr. Ron Askew and Mr. Iso Ebong on being such outstanding representatives of BMW of Silver Spring. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Askew with selecting and purchasing Ebong on being such outstanding representatives of BMW of Silver Spring. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Askew with selecting and purchasing my first BMW X3 in 2017 and when I needed a new vehicle due to an accident I came back to. Mr. Askew. Once again, Mr. Askew went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a replacement vehicle. His recommendations were extremely helpful, and I appreciated Mr. Askew answering every question I had as well as taking the time to ensure I felt comfortable with managing my new vehicle. I was also impressed with Mr. Ebong, he made the financing process amazingly easy. He was very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and I appreciated his patience with me with acquiring documentation from my insurance company regarding the status of my vehicle. Trying to purchase a vehicle in a short period of time due to an accident can be extremely stressful, however; both Mr. Askew and Mr. Ebong enabled me to be calm throughout this process. I am pleased with my new vehicle. Both Mr. Askew and Mr. Ebong exhibited excellent customer service to me throughout my entire buying process. They are both assets to your organization.
