Even the little things like the complimentary iced coffees, giving us a final vehicle detail job and a gas top off made us feel special. I came in with a pretty rigid budget and already approved for finance with my credit union. I met Mr. Askew (who called me the day prior to schedule an appointment) who was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, communicative, understanding and most importantly a GREAT listener who was non-pushy or rushing despite having additional clients. It says something about the advisor and moreover about the Dealership as a whole - to have a good experience from sales to finance; one that was seamless too. Definitely, won't be my last time coming back (but for good reasons). More
