When I entered BMW of Silver Spring in early January, it was not my intent to buy another BMW. However, after discussing my concerns with Brandi Rodgers, my service advisor, and meeting with my client advis was not my intent to buy another BMW. However, after discussing my concerns with Brandi Rodgers, my service advisor, and meeting with my client advisor, Ron Askew, I changed my mind. Ron worked with me to help find the exact vehicle, and color I wanted then worked tirelessly to negotiate a reasonable price. Ron is a consummate professional, he demonstrates a myriad of essential characteristics, integrity, product knowledge, attentiveness, and he’s mastered the art of listening to the needs of the customer. Many thanks to Brandi , for providing me with excellent customer care over the last several years, and recommending that I consider talking to Ron about my options. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for better service from a dealership, THAT I DIDN’T EVEN BUY MY CAR FROM. Any and every time I’ve ever had an issue, Rachel has worked diligently to resolve it. She’s gone abo dealership, THAT I DIDN’T EVEN BUY MY CAR FROM. Any and every time I’ve ever had an issue, Rachel has worked diligently to resolve it. She’s gone above and beyond on so many occasions, I’ve lost count. I have recommended several BMW owners I know, to come to BMW of Silver Spring to get their service done. She’s the epitome of a service professional. And John Bertrand who deals with the loaner vehicles, is equally as critical and phenomenal, in this process. Together, I’ve never had to worry about dropping my vehicle off because I know, I’m in good hands. I’d give this duo 10-stars if I could. More
