Our sales person, Mr. Ron Askew is the finest gentleman I have had the pleasure of working with. The same can be said for Finance Manager, Mr. Andrew Lippincott. My personal trainer, John, was most informative and easy to work with. My only complaint with the dealership is with Client Manager, Ms. Zoya Elrich who was most rude. She bumped into me spilling my coffee and did not have the courtesy to apologize. I hope that none of ever have to work with her again. BMW exceeded all my expectations in servicing my needs in a very professional manner.. They bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of. In summary, I am most happy with the dealership and my new BMW 328i. More
