Brenna, in sales, was wonderful to work with. I had selected my vehicle online and came in for a test drive. Brenna got the car out and prepped for the drive. After sitting with me in the car and point selected my vehicle online and came in for a test drive. Brenna got the car out and prepped for the drive. After sitting with me in the car and pointing out the basic operation, she helped me adjust the vehicle seat and mirrors. She then left, and I took off. After reading some reviews I was a bit hesitant about the transmission and handling, but I found the vehicle to handle better than I expected. Came back in and told Brenna that I wanted that car. She walked me through the sales process, got a good price for me. I proceeded to sign the contract and put down a deposit. I had to wait until I could get to the bank to get a certified check for the down payment. Waited much longer than expected for the finance department, but finally got the loan paperwork worked out. Came back on a Monday with the bank check. Signed the final papers and watched as they pulled my vehicle out of the showroom and into the lot. Brenna then sat with me for a long time going over the various controls and settings, and even setting up my phone and several default settings.
