Lucky 13/A+ After searching many dealerships (TWELVE!) and searching online for months I finally found a great deal and great people to work with at Curry Honda i After searching many dealerships (TWELVE!) and searching online for months I finally found a great deal and great people to work with at Curry Honda in Chicopee Massachusetts. My initial experience was online with Charleen who was fast and efficient in answering all my questions, sending pictures etc... I live in the Boston area so I had reluctance to travel the 100 miles to see the car but she assured me the condition etc... would meet my high expectations. Once at the dealership I was greeted warmly by Charleen and Rich who would be assisting me through the process. After a test drive and working on trading in my car. I dealt with Will and Rich. We worked together to get a fair price for my car and I feel comfortable with the deal from both sides. In the background Ron the business manager had all my paperwork ready to go making the process smooth and easy and explaining everything clear and concise. I highly recommend my experience with this dealership. The drive out is well worth your time and they will take great care of you.
