Furthermore he did it in a kind and respectful manner. I also had a very positive experience with the business manager, Ron. He too was quick and to the point and made the paperwork portion of leasing easy and enjoyable. And oh yeah, my Pilot is absolutely gorgeous. The car was delivered to me with not a speck of dirt inside or out. It was immaculate. Will spent a lot of time going over all the new fun features in my new truck. Next, Max took me for a test drive which included a thorough overview of the functionality of the car.He knows how to explain the various features of the car in an excellent manner and his customer service skills are outstanding. I spoke to Ron on the phone. He addressed my questions, explained he would pass the info I have given him to Josh and followed through on all that we discussed.
