A little embarrassed to admit at age 58 I've never bought a car on my own. But Taylor's paid me a kindness when my husband passed & I knew I'd be back when it came time to purchase. He literally worked for me by finding out what I wanted & what my needs/concerns were, then by getting the whole ball rolling. He answered every question - & I had a lot - and was extremely attentive, going out of his way to accommodate me. I've never seen such service. He even introduced to different folks working at Taylor's, which made the experience very comfortable. I fell very satisfied with the whole situation...and I LOVE my car! If all salesman were like him there would be a whole lot more vehicles being sold. He was not over bearing like other salemen you come across. From the time that Ron greeted us on the lot, he was very friendly and built a great rapport with us. We initially were looking at a Chevy and ended up with a Ram.
