We have bought alot of vehicles from Taylor's. When we went in to talk to a guy that helped us in past purchases. Ron Copper told us he was no longer there. But that he would be more then happy to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a very nice GMC Yukon from from this wonderful salesman. He is a one and a million salesman. If all salesman were like him there would be a whole lot more vehicles being sold. He was not over bearing like other salemen you come across. He has outstanding customer service skills, very professional, has a great sense of humor, and made sure he did him best to make sure my needs were taken care of. I will be telling everyone I know to go see Ron Copper at Taylor Automax for their car/truck needs. Taylor's is very blessed to have such a great gentleman working for them. From the time that Ron greeted us on the lot, he was very friendly and built a great rapport with us. We initially were looking at a Chevy and ended up with a Ram. When I drove onto the lot the first face I saw was Ron Cooper. He gave me a warm welcome and helped me to another salesman as Ron was a bit busy. Tom led me around the lot and to another lot to look at some trucks, we finally found the truck I wanted and Tom let me test drive it and I moved it to the main building. He was cooperative with the negotiations on the price. Unfortunately Tom wasn't available the next day as an emergency came up but Ron was right there to pick up where Tom left off. Ron talked me through everything from about my loan and papers to casual conversation. Very friendly people. I would recommend this place to anyone else wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Ron was friendly right from the start. Willing to listen to what I was looking for and what price range I was needing. My sister and I came back on several different days to see if any new cars had arrived to what I was looking for and what price range I was needing. My sister and I came back on several different days to see if any new cars had arrived that would meet my specifications. I had intended on finding a small truck or Pathfinder, but could not find any that where in my budget. I initially did not want a Pontiac, but it was in my price range and we drove it around the lot to see the other cars available, mainly due to the bitter winds and cold. After driving for a few short mins I agreed to test drive the car we where in and actually liked the way it handled and drove. The car was clean, in above average shape, and within my price range. I ended up buying the car after some negotiating. Mr. Cooper was nice enough to come in on his off day to finish the sale. He was helpful in getting the mechanic in the back, to explain a few engine details to me and fixed the few minor issues I had. (trunk missing carpet cover, floor mats, side mirror not working correctly) All in all this was one of the more pleasant experiences I have, and had recently, had trying to buy a car. I would recommend Mr. Cooper and Taylor's Auto Max to future car buyers. More
