Ron was friendly right from the start. Willing to listen to what I was looking for and what price range I was needing. My sister and I came back on several different days to see if any new cars had arrived to what I was looking for and what price range I was needing. I had intended on finding a small truck or Pathfinder, but could not find any that where in my budget. I initially did not want a Pontiac, but it was in my price range and we drove it around the lot to see the other cars available, mainly due to the bitter winds and cold. After driving for a few short mins I agreed to test drive the car we where in and actually liked the way it handled and drove. The car was clean, in above average shape, and within my price range. I ended up buying the car after some negotiating. Mr. Cooper was nice enough to come in on his off day to finish the sale. He was helpful in getting the mechanic in the back, to explain a few engine details to me and fixed the few minor issues I had. (trunk missing carpet cover, floor mats, side mirror not working correctly) All in all this was one of the more pleasant experiences I have, and had recently, had trying to buy a car. I would recommend Mr. Cooper and Taylor's Auto Max to future car buyers. More
