I walked in only wanting to look at a vehicle and ask a few questions to better help me decide if I needed to replace my 2006 Ford. Ron was very friendly and never once pushed or displayed any of the gene few questions to better help me decide if I needed to replace my 2006 Ford. Ron was very friendly and never once pushed or displayed any of the generic car salesman's traits. He was concerned with what I wanted and was willing to help me get answers to questions. Due to my job and my wife's hours it was hard to get us both in at the same time. There was several times that Ron stayed late to show multiple vehicles to my wife as well. In the end I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to buying my next car from them. More

I originally went to Taylor's AutoMax to find out information on the location of a 2011 Ford F-150 that ended up being on their Fort Benton lot and not their Great Falls one. Expecting to have to dr information on the location of a 2011 Ford F-150 that ended up being on their Fort Benton lot and not their Great Falls one. Expecting to have to drive up to Fort Benton myself in order to take a look at the truck, I was happily suprised when Ron immediatly called the other lot and had them drive the truck 30 minutes out of their way just so I could take a look at it. Their great service has continued through the purchase of the vehicle and Ron was truely a pleasure to work with. Having already had a sour experience with other dealerships its nice to see that Ron at Taylor's AutoMax is committed to his customers. More

When it came time to trade in my SUV for a minivan I thought, "oh lord I have to deal with a car salesman," and then I met Ron. He is not your typical saleman. He is relaxed and patient. I didn't fee thought, "oh lord I have to deal with a car salesman," and then I met Ron. He is not your typical saleman. He is relaxed and patient. I didn't feel pressured or rushed by him which is refreshing. If he didn't know the answer to my question, he didn't make up an answer or tell me what I wanted to hear, he went and researched it. He called me after a surgery I had to ask how I was doing which showed me he listens and cares about the person, not just the sale. I will recommend him to all my friends and when I need another new car, I will call him as he made this an enjoyable experience. His relaxed and caring personality will take him far. More
