I called Hamilton Volkswagen after receiving poor customer service at another VW dealer. I got connected with Ron who was very personable and laid back. He sent me the details on the deal I could get on the Tiguan I wanted. Pricing was transparent and included tax, tags, and extras, that other dealerships try to tack on at the end. I went in to test drive and the price and excellent customer service never changed! I got the Tiguan with a great deal! As a single woman who had always been told to fear car salesmen because they try to intimidate women, I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so well, so kind, and to be talked to like a legitimate car buyer; not a naive little girl. I commend Hamilton Volkswagen for their staffing and thank both my salesman Ron, and finance manager Jim, for their great customer service! More
