I came in to look at a car, Ron gave me his card, and I just looked around. I came back in to talk to him and he let me take the KIA Sportage out for a ride. He even moved all my stuff from my old car to my new one after the dealership had washed and prepped it for me while I was signing paperwork. I had stopped in at this dealership before when I had first started looking for a car to check out what they had. There were people there ready to help as soon as I walked in. Then a couple weeks later after checking out a few other Dealerships I came back to #1 Cochran in Robinson and talked to Ron Gardner and told him my situation I was in and that I needed to get into a car soon and he patiently listend then was very helpful and answered all the questions I had and showed me some solutions to go about my problem. I came back the next week to find the car I wanted so I could buy it. It was 8:30pm at night Ron wasnt working that night so the guy he works with Michael Brophey was more then willing to help me. It was pouring down rain and he was out getting cars to show me and my boyfriend. The next day when i came back to buy the car I had decided on Ron and Michael were both there and helped us make the best choice for our money and i left a couple hours later with a brand new 2012 Kia Forte and it they went through everything with me and even when i couldnt figure something out I just stopped back and they helped me figure out the problem I am extreemly happy with my new car and very grateful for there help and patience with me. I will recomend them to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car and to ask for one of those two gentlemen in particular. More

Ron Gardner was very friendly, helpful, and quickly got me the last Kia Soul in stock! He even looked up/helped me with getting my out of state driver's license changed to PA, and showed me how much my old me the last Kia Soul in stock! Although the actual cost of the lease rate was a little higher than the way it was advertised, overall it was an excellent experience and my new Kia Soul lease rocks! More

In December of 2009 my husband and myself visited this KIA dealership to look at a 4 door sedan for my husband. Ron Gardner was very nice and helped us with any questions we had. My husband sat in the 4 door sedan and was not comfortable. Ron, seeing that my husband was not a small person, showed us every KIA that would be more comfortable for my 240 lbs husband. While we all thought about it there sitting in front of us was the perfect KIA. Ron made the numbers work for us and we drove home in it that night. Due to all the greatpeople in cell we then went to the service department for all of our maintenance (no repairs yet). The service department if just as helpful and friendly.
