I contacted him by email requesting their best price out the door on a new CRV and that's exactly what he provided without any hidden costs. His knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing was well beyond that of salespeople I spoke to at other dealerships. In particular, I appreciated that took the time to explain how the vehicle differed from our 5 year old Accord so that we could quickly get me up to speed on how to use the onboard computer. Dan provided an equally straightforward experience in the finance office, obtaining a better interest rate on my loan than what my bank had provided. He was extremely respectful and offered no pressure when I declined to consider the service warranty. I shopped around all of the Honda dealerships in the region and the guys at Ed Martin were the only ones who provided the buying experience that I was looking for. More
