It was the first time I had ever had a brand new car bought from a dealer. To be fair, I did not know anything about the process of buying a car from a dealer. On the other hand, the staff, his name Mr. Hammer helped me through out the process. He was amazing. The atmosphere there was fantastic so much so that it made me feel like I was home. I am sure you would have the same experience. More

I contacted him by email requesting their best price out the door on a new CRV and that's exactly what he provided without any hidden costs. His knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing was well beyond that of salespeople I spoke to at other dealerships. In particular, I appreciated that took the time to explain how the vehicle differed from our 5 year old Accord so that we could quickly get me up to speed on how to use the onboard computer. Dan provided an equally straightforward experience in the finance office, obtaining a better interest rate on my loan than what my bank had provided. He was extremely respectful and offered no pressure when I declined to consider the service warranty. I shopped around all of the Honda dealerships in the region and the guys at Ed Martin were the only ones who provided the buying experience that I was looking for. More

Dave (Sales Manager) beat My dealings with Todd Sands and Dave was an absolute pleasure. I was shopping at multiple dealerships on a 2018 Honda Civic. Dave (Sales Manager) beat his competitors substantially in price on the very first proposal. I was so grateful to have Todd as my salesman. Todd listened to my needs not trying to sell me anything and Todd executed every step of the buying process flawlessly saving me a lot of time which I value. This is exactly how purchasing a vehicle should be. Read the title again, and thank me later. Brian C. Fleener More
