All the people that i had contact with at Arrigo were friendly and professional. Ron Lugo was the sales rep and he was very good. I had contact with no less than 6 people. Worst dealer ever they gave me a car with a leak and don’t want to fix it. It’s a brand NEW car. 👎 don’t go to this dealership. Horrible customer service. The dealer doesn’t answer phone calls and prom don’t want to fix it. It’s a brand NEW car. 👎 don’t go to this dealership. Horrible customer service. Hey Brian although I would love to give you guys 10s across the board the service I received before the purchase was excellent but after the purchase no promises were kept, phone calls were ignored. My car was still dirty on the inside but they did an excellent job on the outside. After I came there to arrigo the next day and called RON he called me back finally after I spoke to a manager which was a span of three days after purchase. Ron put a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle and told me to come back the next day just to be told he was off. I asked him about mats for the vehicle and the dodge app being that it was so late when I purchased it I forgot to download the app. He told me he would call me back and that was the last time I heard from him. It was a wonderful experience purchasing the car but the customer still deserves customer service after it's over. If there was something I asked that wasn't doable that would be fine he could've let me know but ignoring the customer is never a good idea. Sincerely, Iean Saunders More
