I was on the fence about getting another BMW or switching to Audi. After driving the A5, I was in love. The car is beautiful inside and out, plus AWD. I had an easy, no pressure experience. Everyone at the dealership is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Amaechi helped me pick the exact car that fit me and didn’t try to upsell me. Ron Mangseth, the GM, is straight up with no BS, which is exactly the type of person that I want to deal with when making significant financial decisions. Dan Chappelle in Finance was personable, super friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this dealership. They were helpful and got me the great pricing. More

The sales manager Ron was a pleasure to work with and it's clear not only is he very personable and accessible, he is a real 'car guy' who is passionate about the Audi brand. The worst possible experience one could have MORE THAN ONCE! My Vehicle has been brought into this dealership 3 times for the same issue. 2 times by my wife and once by tow truck. and all 3 times they have faile My Vehicle has been brought into this dealership 3 times for the same issue. 2 times by my wife and once by tow truck. and all 3 times they have failed to fix the issue. The last time that I brought my vehicle in for the same issue (the vehicle not recognizing the key) I dropped off the car and they re assured me that they would get this figured out little did I know this would turn into the biggest regret. First they gave us a loaner which was greatly appreciated, upon inspection of the vehicle once I got home there was dog hair everywhere and soda was spilled all over the center console area absolutely disgusting not a big deal but something to note. Later that night my family and I attempted to go to dinner, during our drive it started to rain and I turned on the wipers, they didn't work... they were so dry rotted it looked like string cheese. Next morning reached out to Mark Monell and he said ''I highly doubt they dry rotted that's a brand new car" after that conversation and some pictures of these dry rotted wipers he agreed to have the loaner car replaced and that it would be dropped off at our house the next morning. Well the next morning comes and the Concierge driver shows up at my house with my car that was in for service which was not supposed to be ready for another 5 days because the part wasn't in. The concierge dropped off my broken vehicle to my door step, my wife asked why our car was back and not a new rental and he stated that he didn't know but was taking the loaner vehicle. he then looked at my wife and said "I'm so sorry Mrs. Miller, i cannot seem to get the key out of the ignition" he then proceeded to exit the vehicle take the keys for the loaner from my wife and drive away. LEAVING OUR BROKEN CAR IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH THE KEY STUCK IN THE IGNITION!!!!! we immediately called the dealership and could not get through to anyone. my wife called not only the dealership but she texted our service adviser and called Mark Monell's personal number. NO RESPONSE!!! an hour went by and finally we got a hold of a general manager who said he would figure things out and rectify the situation. NOTHING! my wife then got into the car, drove 1 hour back to the dealer and was put into an Audi Q7. the following morning our bank account was charged for gas in the previous loaner car.... the same one that was taken from my driveway leaving my wife stuck with our broken vehicle and a key stuck in the ignition. 5 days went by and my wife had to reach out to ask for an eta on the part for our vehicle.. they told us it was ready to be picked up.... my wife drove down AGAIN to pick up her fixed vehicle... upon arrival, she switched over 2 car seats, 2 kids and a stroller back to her vehicle. she turned on her vehicle, which had apparently just gotten a new wiring harness and ignition switch, only to find that her car was still lagging to start, reading the same error message (battery discharging please remove key) and the backup camera was still malfunctioning. mark pulled her aside and she demanded to speak with the general manager Ron, when she was in Ron's office, Ron decided to tell my wife "if you bought it from Toyota you should have known it was going to have problems" "if you bought it at Toyota then why is it our problem" he also told her that if the car was in fact malfunctioning like she said it was that he would assist her in the Audi buy back process.. they had a service tech drive her car for 20 minutes to get the error warning to go away since it was apparently from her car sitting in their lot for 2 weeks. when the car came back everyone said it was fine. my wife said no it is still doing the same thing. Ron and mark both said she needed to leave and that the car was fixed. Embarrassed and stressed my wife and children left in the broken vehicle. 30 minutes later my wife sent RON, MARK & JOE EMAILS & TEXT MESSAGES. she received one message from Joe telling her to bring the car back in and that he was so sorry. she went BACK to the dealer that same day and when she got there Joe said "my service guy said what you are describing is normal" my wife put the service tech in the vehicle and showed him the problems. he told her that if she didn't like the feature she would have to remove it. The "feature" he was referring to was the backup camera being on while in drive constantly. They refused to acknowledge the battery discharge warning and Ron told my wife that they were "done servicing her and she needed to take it to Toyota since that was where she bought it" THE CAR IS UNDER FULL WARRANTY WITH AUDI!!! I now have my broken vehicle sitting in my driveway because Audi is refusing to service it and fix the issues. being a "luxury" car brand I truly expected Audi to stand behind their products wholeheartedly. I am beyond disgusted with not only the service but the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The car has now had 5 things replaced within exactly 1 year and it is not fixed. Unfortunately this also isn't the first issue we have had with this dealership. The time my vehicle was brought in by tow truck, MANNY was absolutely deplorable also. I will never again purchase or refer anyone to Audi. More

Abysmal Fraudulent dealings, horrendous customer service and an all around horrible representative of the Audi brand. This dealership continues to disappoin Fraudulent dealings, horrendous customer service and an all around horrible representative of the Audi brand. This dealership continues to disappoint even after giving them a second chance on dishonest dealings on a prior Audi lease. After 7 Audis I am switching brands due to the this dealership on it’s own. Terrible Service Below is the message I sent to the dealer GM. I received no response. In addition, when I picked up the vehicle I waited 25 minutes for them to pull i Below is the message I sent to the dealer GM. I received no response. In addition, when I picked up the vehicle I waited 25 minutes for them to pull it up and the fuel gauge was on ZERO miles left as they used the remaining fuel on test drive and apparently thought it was fine to let me drive off and run out of fuel. Ron, Mark Monell provided me your contact information as I need your help in resolving major dissatisfaction with the 2018 SQ5 I purchased from your dealership and the subsequent service. My SQ5 is currently at your dealership for service and has been there for the past 9 days (no loaner was available, so I have been without a vehicle for this entire time). I brought it in for repair on a series of issues including poor/rough ride at higher speeds, sporadic RPM surges, clunky transmission shifting in city driving, malfunction of auto breaking and malfunction of windows (full report attached). This is the second time since purchasing the vehicle in Oct 2017 that I've brought it in to address some of these issues. I was presented with an estimate of $1800 earlier this week to replace all four tires. Apparently the rear passenger tire is in dire need of replacement and the others are below the min. I find this super puzzling since the car has 9880 miles and don't understand why a rear tire would be impacted by an alignment issue (your team rotated the tires in Oct and there was no mention of any tire issue and 2000 miles later all tires apparently need replacing). Paying additional monies to service a vehicle with less than 10K miles after paying thousands of dollars for the expanded service packages compounded with the series of vehicle issues and poor service is quite shocking. I had been a loyal BMW customer for 12 years buying a new vehicle every 3 years. After 12 years I thought I would give Audi a try as I had heard good things about the SQ5 and perhaps I was missing out on the Audi experience. As I've mentioned to Mark, this is one of the bigger mistakes I've made in recent years. Firstly, the vehicle has been into the service department 3 times to fix significant issues in just over the first year of ownership. I don't recall bringing my last BMW in for any type of fix in the 3 years I owned the vehicle. Secondly, when I purchased the vehicle at your dealership, I was assured that the premium experience I enjoyed with BMW would continue with Audi and that I would be provided a loaner car when the vehicle needed service. Well, in my three visits for service I was denied a loaner car as I was told none were available and I would either need to spend my day at the dealership or be given a ride home, which doesn't do me much good given we as a one vehicle household. Interaction with your dealership has been anything but a premium experience. Just last week when I called in to reach the service department, I was on hold for 7 minutes before anyone even answered the phone and when I did get someone live, I was transferred to the service rep's voicemail. I have no idea whether my experience with the vehicle and your service is an anomaly or just that your customers have lower standards than one would expect from a premium brand. Either way, I ask that you step in and make this situation right. I should note that Mark and George are good guys and appear to want to do the right thing, but don't appear to be set-up for success.
