He is professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed through out the entire process of my service appointment with my vehicle. It’s hard to find someone who actually cares about customer service and his attention to detail really stood out. Making the appointment was extremely easy. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and explained how the procedure worked. I was escorted to the very comfortable waiting room. There were phone charging stations and snack available. I was in and out in no time at all. I was very pleased with the service and courtesy afforded me. I will continue with Kia service as long as I own my vehicle. More
