Ron was very respectful, easy going and professional, as well as pro active in getting inventory lined up to try out. Unfortunately his "team leader" leader who didn't identify his title when meeting me swooped in during this process, and gave off an oily used car salesman vibe" he acted like everything he did justified his role in interrupting the sales process with Ron was bringing value, when in fact Ron had already attended to the same things already. Not sure if this "good cop/bad cop" dynamic is status quo when delivering an appalling appraisal estimate of my cars trade in value but I could have done without that guys existence during my visit at Toyota Cedar Park More
