My wife and I are ready to retire and the 640+ mile range is nice for travels with the comfort of the Lariat trim. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its features and took time to highlight them as we looked at the vehicle. I did my homework prior to arriving and Ron and Ryan had the best reviews. I felt so comfortable when Ron came out to great us and introduced himself. He made us feel comfortable answering all questions, and no pressure. He delivered on every thing he said. As a sales person myself, I feel my sales role has made me a better customer. Ron was truly on point, preparing much of the paperwork prior to handing us of to Mike, the financial team member (who also is outstanding). This made the process seamless with no surprises or pushes for additional purchases. Looking back I should have called the dealership up front and scheduled and appointment with Ron from the beginning. I recommend you do this as well Work with Ron was a top notch experience. We received what we were looking for. We feel received a very fair deal. "Fair, not free" is what sales is all about. They want the customer to return, not the product. Ask for Ron, he is awesome!
