Ron Romano in service did a great job. I took my Ford Flex in for 25K service. I called the day before to set appointment and when I arrived they took my Flex wright in. I was out in about 30 min. We were looking for a specific explorer xlt . When we couldn't find one we purchased another one. When we went to pick up our car, Daryn had been on the phone calling all ford dealerships even outside th couldn't find one we purchased another one. The finance manager thought he was done, but all the paperwork had to be redone. Ron Romano in service got sky line done as quickly as possible and we were on our way just as happy as could be !!
