Being patient, I called Dorito Bros 90 days after our purchase on why we haven’t received them and was told Dorito Bros will look into it. Waited for a reply but never got one. Called again 60 days later and was told that somehow the paperwork was sent to Palm Springs dealership and Dorito Bros would get this straightened out. Getting nervous now, I called DMV and gave them the VIN number and was told that VIN number is not registered to the type of vehicle we purchased. They would not give me any more information than that. Shocked, to say the least! Immediately made a phone call to Doritos Bros we were directed to (Kyle) he said he would take care of this situation because that’s what he does! He said give him 6 weeks to clear it up because the DMV has such a backlog (the DMV did not create this issue) and he would contact us. It has now been over 8 weeks and ..... nothing.....no contact it’s like we don’t exist. Yes, still driving on their paper plates hoping we don’t get in a situation with law enforcement due to Dorito Bros foul-up. My last call went to Kyle’s voice mail and I voiced our frustration. It has now been two days and no contact from him or anyone at Dorito Bros. The lack of concern on Dorito Bros to help us out is unbelievable. We are now considering if we should take some type of legal recourse. This is not the experience we expected after buying the first new vehicle that we have purchased in 20 years.
