Only recommendations... nice-to-haves, as experienced elsewhere over the years: a) Educate when repairs are needed (diagrams and basic, written explanations to provide context are great!), b) Show your work - when smaller parts are replaced, show the owner the actual part that was removed from the car... especially helpful if the repair was expensive, c) After a long day of adjusting your commute in the morning, paying a chunk of money to get your car back to normal, and then racing to leave work, fight through traffic, and pick up your car before the shop closes, picking up a freshly cleaned car feels amazing (and costs the service center almost nothing). More

Even though the car was still on the trailer, our rep provided a quote, modified it to our preferences, and prepared us for the financing. The next day we were approved, and the following day picked up our car. The time spent at the dealership time was under 90 minutes and was leisurely not hectic. We were out in time to beat traffic on the way home. The rep came in on his off-day to complete the transaction - big bonus points! More
