Even though getting the dealership to work with me on a loaner was cumbersome, the service advisor and mechanic who diagnosed my truck got the job done. Kudos to them for a job well done. The assistant service manager, Sam, however was minimally helpful. Had to jump through may hoops before she would agree to give me a loaner. When I arrived at the garage, she didn't get up from her seat to great me or reassure me they were going to take good care of me. This body language spoke volumes to me! More

I was at the dealership for what I thought was my complimentary 12,000 service. I consented to adding a brake flush. At the end I was told I would have to pay for the complimentary service because complimentary 12,000 service. I consented to adding a brake flush.
