Extremely rude and very disrespectful after asked for a specific report about my car and what happened to my car after they broke my car during a recall saying under her breath I shouldn’t even had said a specific report about my car and what happened to my car after they broke my car during a recall saying under her breath I shouldn’t even had said anything about it very unprofessional. This is the second time I have brought my vehicles to them and both times were very unpleasant and dealt with extremely rude and disrespectful people I definitely won’t be bring my vehicles back to this location for any services even though I bought a extended warranty for the vehicle I purchased from Cape Coral. Stay away if you want to be lied to I also caught them in two lies the managers was speechless and walked away to his office then they brought another manager and tryed blamed for the issue the managers are terrible everyone in that whole service department is terrible! More

Felix Ramos handled all my problems in the most professional way I’ve ever seen. He took care of everything that was wrong with my car and even helped me with getting in touch with the service Dire professional way I’ve ever seen. Tom was my original adviser and for over a week would never give me an update unless I texted him first. He either quit or got fired and said the service manager would be talking to me as my information never give me an update unless I texted him first. He either quit or got fired and said the service manager would be talking to me as my information was passed to him. Service manager didn’t call me he had someone else call me despite this being an abnormal case. Then the service manager finally stepped in and it was just as hard if not harder to get a hold of him unless I physically showed up to the dealership. After 37 days I received my car unresolved since Chrysler corporate wanted to be greedy and selfish. After my last two services I would not recommend this dealership. I also had to fix my door on both occasions I brought my car in for service as I explained the doors were special and they proceeded to make no note of it and obviously the message was never passed along. More
