He was just as friendly as he was helpful which made my whole process go smooth. The time I spent there was worth it, from the introductions, test drive and all the way through the finance office. I was never pushed or persuaded into completing the sale, which made me feel so much at ease. I did end up completing a sale by leasing the 2020 Malibu RS I had my eye on.
