After conducting a nationwide search for a truck, I decided to purchase my 2026 Denali from Ronald. From my first phone conversations with Ronald he had a decency about him. He was not pushy, and he took time to walk me through all of my options, never attempting to force a deal on me. Due to the fact I had my truck shipped out, the deal took a few days. Ronald kept in touch with me, answering all of my calls and texts. He even stayed after hours to supervise the loading of my truck onto the auto carrier, sending me pictures to assure me my truck was secured. I know reviews can be misleading, but make no mistake Ronald Conaway treated me right, knew what he was talking about, and I felt good about the deal I got.
