I am a longtime Hyundai owner and would not think of changing at this point. I knew I wanted a Hyundai and a smaller vehicle than the one I was presently in (Santé Fe Limited). I asked to test drive a few vehicles. I truly was not looking to spend the day at the dealership as I had things to do and my 9 year old with me. I fell in love with the Tucson Limited. Knowing I didn't want to spend the day turning in the old lease and getting through the paperwork of the new lease, Ron devised a plan that worked with my schedule and his and that got me into the new car in no time at all. he was in contact with throughout the entire process and checked on me and the vehicle several times in the following days. Great Customer Service and another great Hyundai experience. More

Bait and switch Went to South shore Hyundai on Saturday. Looked at a 2004 Hyundai Santa fee for my daughter. Spoke with lulu the manager and Ron the sales associate. Went to South shore Hyundai on Saturday. Looked at a 2004 Hyundai Santa fee for my daughter. Spoke with lulu the manager and Ron the sales associate. They told me someone had left a deposit on the vehicle, if they dont go through with it they would call me back. Well no call back. Ironically my daughter called them up Monday night asking about the same vehicle. All of a sudden its available and when can you come in to look at it. This seems like a classic bait and switch. I will be contacting Hyundai corporate and asking them about there policy. Very unprofessional. More
